I'm a strategic UX design, UX research, and product management leader passionate about innovation and improving people's lives.

When a team is given the proper individualized support and the freedom to explore, experiment, and learn with love, passion, and respect, there's no limit to what they can accomplish!

Over my 20-year career in the tech industry, I've honed my product skills at various companies, including creative agencies, startups, and Fortune 500 firms. I've worked with incredible organizations, such as Disney Imagineering, BMW Group Designworks, Capital Group, Age of Learning, and most recently, West Tenth, a two-sided marketplace for women-owned, home-based businesses. I also founded a GovTech SaaS platform that helps mid-sized cities expand their community outreach.

In parallel to my work and as a way to give back to my community and continue crafting my product skills, I mentor Latam accelerator founders and LA-based product organization members. I also lead women's mastermind groups to help empower women and create a supportive community.

Born and raised in Brazil, I live in Los Angeles with my husband and children in a trilingual household where different cultures and perspectives are woven into our family dynamics.
